Sparksign Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Sparksign Zodiac Compatibility mobile app (later “Sparksign”) developed by KOSHINA APPS (the “Service Provider”, “we”, “us”). It replaces the general KOSHINA APPS Privacy Policy for Sparksign only. Our other apps remain covered by that policy.
The short version
Sparksign doesn’t collect any data. Everything you enter stays on your device, and the App sends nothing to us or to anyone else. There are no ads, no analytics, no accounts and no sign-up.
What you enter, and where it stays
To work, Sparksign uses information you type into it:
- Your birthday and, if you choose to add them, your birth time and birthplace.
- The names and birthdays of the people you add.
All of this is stored only in the App’s local storage on your device. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party. We have no servers that receive it, and we cannot see it.
The people you add never have their information sent anywhere. It stays on your device, the same as your own.
No data collection, no third-party SDKs
Sparksign makes no network connections of its own. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting software, and no third-party SDKs that collect or share personal information.
Compatibility scores, readings and birthplace search are all calculated on your device. Birthplace search uses an offline list of cities built from GeoNames data and included in the App, so searching sends nothing anywhere.
App stores
When you download Sparksign, Google Play or the Apple App Store process data under their own privacy policies, not this one. They may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics such as install counts and crash reports. These don’t identify you, and we can’t link them to anything you enter in the App.
Sharing
When you share a result card, Sparksign creates the image on your device and hands it to your device’s share menu. You choose where it goes. From that point it is governed by the app or service you share it to.
Device backups
Your device’s own backup service (such as iCloud or Google backup) may include the App’s data, depending on your device settings. That backup is between you and Apple or Google; we have no access to it.
Deleting your data
You can delete anyone you’ve added at any time from within the App. Uninstalling Sparksign removes all of its data from your device, and halts all processing by the App. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for you to request from us.
Your rights
Because we do not collect or store personal data, we hold nothing to access, correct, export or erase on your behalf. Your information stays under your control, on your device.
Children’s privacy
General age limitation. The App is not intended for or directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to use it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 is using the App, please contact us at koshina.apps@gmail.com.
EEA, UK and Switzerland. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
Age of consent. We do not allow use of the App by anyone under the minimum age of consent for processing personal data under the data protection laws of their country of residence.

Security
Your data never leaves your device through the App, so it is protected by your device’s own security, such as your screen lock and device encryption. We take care in how the App stores data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other sites
The App may contain links to other sites, such as this policy and the GeoNames attribution. If you open a third-party link, you will be directed to that site, which we do not operate. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services, and we advise you to review their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If a future version of Sparksign changes how it handles data (for example, by adding advertising), we will update this policy before that version is released, and the effective date above will change.
